Delivery Charges

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Once your order is confirmed by our team via WhatsApp, we will dispatch it the same day or the next business day. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx depending on your location. The courier will contact you before delivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct when placing the order.

Packaging

All watches are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use padded boxes and bubble wrap for fragile items. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos immediately and contact us before accepting or opening it.

Open Box Policy

We allow open-box inspection before payment for Cash on Delivery orders. You may inspect the item in front of the courier before accepting the delivery. If the item does not match your order, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote area restrictions, or high order volume. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer, you can also pick up your order directly from our store at Jinnah Super Market. In-store pickup is available during our working hours and requires no delivery fee. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange pickup.
