We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, size, or colour, we are happy to arrange this within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item has a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is lower in value, a store credit or refund will be issued.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. 1Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or phone.
2. 2Describe the issue and share photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
3. 3Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
4. 4If approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
5. 5Drop off the item at our store in Jinnah Super Market or arrange courier delivery.
6. 6Refund or exchange will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via EasyPaisa or bank transfer within 2 to 3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. We do not issue refunds in cash for online orders.
